Established in 1923, the Kyoto YWCA is a non-profit community service organization working for empowerment of women — offering services focused on the needs of women, children, and foreign residents in Japan.

The YWCA of Kyoto just opened their nursery in April 2020 and the foundation looks forward to working with them to get their children’s reading corner well stocked.
