Je Sers is an association of 3 houseboats docked on the Quai in Conflans, whose mission is to serve the migrant population in the Conflans area.

The Association provides lunch, dinner, emergency housing, and French language classes on the ships.  In addition, they help individuals move from the emergency housing to more stable apartments, and assist with finding employment.

Grand Circle Foundation funded teaching supplies, including French language books, small white boards, etc., to be used by the teachers, who are retired local French people. We also provided funding to repair the hull and rudder, and to paint the lower part of one of the boats.
