Another new school in Kenya’s Mara region becomes a GCF partner with OAT travelers to begin visiting in January 2023.

And gratefully helped unload the much needed school supplies such as books, pencils, chalk for the 140 children studying there.

Gardening supplies were also brought to help them develop a school garden to provide both an educational opportunity and a source of food.

And since it’s not just about hitting the books…

 

This truly remote school is also benefitting from the construction of a toilet block, the installation of solar panels and to help improve both teaching and learning, the purchase of 3 laptops, screen, projector, sound system and a photocopier.
